Diane
Duvall
Director - New South Wales
Diane describes herself as a committed career
professional dedicated to the education and well-being
of young children and respected for her successful
development and execution of innovative training
events, creative collaborations and partnerships
across the sector. Diane’s tertiary education
includes a Master’s Degree in Human Development
and specialised training in organisational and
program management and extensive specialised courses
in early childhood education, development and
care. Prior to coming to Australia where she coordinates
training for the Lady Gowrie Child Centre, Sydney
Diane lived and worked in Canada and Alaska. |

Merilyn Webb
Director - South Australia
BA [Monash] Dip KTC [Melb]
Merilyn has taught in Victorian Kindergartens
and in tertiary education in South Australia .
She has been involved in the Kindergarten Teachers
Association of Victoria, the Australian Association
of Early Childhood Educators, Early Childhood
Australia, The Lady Gowrie Child Centre Adelaide
and the Kindergarten Association of South Australia.
She convenes a pastoral care outreach programme
in the Anglican Church and is president of the
Children's Week Association of South Australia
as well as being a long term member of OMEP in
Australia |

Shayne Collins
Director
Victoria Dip KTC [Melb] B Ed [Melb]
Shayne Collins joined the OMEP Board in June
2007. Shayne is a practising teacher within the
Early Childhood field having taught in stand alone
kindergartens, 3 - 5 rooms in long day care; a
Mobile Pre School and Before and After School
Care. She is currently working as a relieving
teacher and is exploring ways of using her experiences
in collecting children’s stories to create
a meaningful document to assist relieving teachers.
Shayne has been Secretary of the Victorian Branch
of OMEP and looks forward to contributing to the
Board of OMEP Australia.
